The funeral

Valcarion and 3 others carry the coffin which holds Ariman.They set it down easily on theground.[sad music]A preacher preaches on the great things Ariman will be remembered for.Valcarion looks at the preacher,then at his father's coffin with one thing in mind,.....revenge.

After the funeral,Valcarion walks the mountain path in mourn.

Nayru strolled down the mountain path, watching the birds flit about, not a care in the world.

Walking up the path Valcarion runs into to nayru."oh im sorry'

She kept from falling over, and pushed away the blue hair that had fallen into her eyes.

"Oh, it's no problem. I'll be fine." she said pleasantly, dusting herslef off.

Im gonna kill Vulcan!

Nayru looked a little taken aback.

"Oh, well...um...Kill? If i may ask, what did he do to you?"

He killed my father!!!Werent you at the funeral?

Nayru's eyes filled with a mixture of comapassion for Valcarion, and hurt at being yelled at.

"N-no...I wasn't" sh stammered.

Hey im sorry i didnt mean to hurt you for yelling at you but i am filled with anger and tommorrow i will go to the shadow lands and kill him.

She tried to sound understanding.
"Oh...um...I hope it goes well..." she said, not quite sure what to say to his comment.

Well im gonna head back to the village and get a night's rest.Would you like to come with me to the village?

Nayru shook her head.

"Oh, thank you, but I really have to get home...it's late..." she said, hoping that Valcarion would not notice it was still broad daylight.

Its still daylight though but ok thats fine.Where do you live?

Nayru glanced about.

"Down by the river. Next to the waterfall."

She held onto her harp tightly, to make sure the stranger would not steal it.

I see that you like to play the harp am i correct?"

Nayru held the instrument closer.

"Yes. I have a need to." she said, holding it gently.

Hmm nice well i have to go now maybe ill see you around.

"Okay." she said, makig sure he was out of earshot before she sat down and began to pay the harp. Her voice, as clear and sweet as springwater, hoined in with the music.

Valcarion heard a rumbling sound before he left nayru.He looked behind him and an ogre at least 50 feet tall jumped from the mountain top beside him.

Nayru sat and plucked the strings gently, completely oblivious to the madness behind her.

Valcarions eyes began to reden and a force surrounded him creating a powerful wind."Nayru run!"Valcarion draws his swords ready to fight the ogre.

Nayru gasped, and began to play a wild tune.

A portal opened in the ground.

"It leads to a time forgotten." she yelled over the noise.
"Get him to go inside. You won't have to kill him that way."

It was obvious Nayr wasnot going to run.

Ok but ill just push him in.Valcarion swiftly kicked the ogre right in the portal and the portal vamished.He turned back to normal

Nayru breathed a sigh of relief.

"There...no more monsters."
