Taichi Ci and Layney looked in the magma.Layney's eyes began to turn blueish white,and began to rise in the air.she turned and looked at Numega and she sent a ball of energy knocking nmega to the ground.Taichi Ci noticed in the magam a rumbling sequence and his brother jolted out and landed back on the platform with magma covered on him."You forgot one thing Numega.I am fire."Valcarion sent a massive fire ball at numega.

Numega, laughing at Yumimaru, wathied as his own arm regenerated. He looked about for something to shield himself with.

He smirked.

In a move far too quick to match his large stature and build, he grabbed Isolde and Veronica by the throats, holding them up and laughing.

"WHat's it gonna be, Valcarion? Do I strangel them, or let you burn them as you kill me?"

Isolde kicked wildly, but alas, her legs were not long enough to do any damage. Veronica gasped for breath, but the two could not free themselves.

Taichi Ci threw his two rods at Numegas knees and catching both isolde and veronica as they fell.Valcarion grabbed Numega by the throat with his burning hand and held him high above the magma."This is for all the people you have killed,all of my family you have slain,and for all of the friends i have made while in my search of killing you."Valcarion squeezed harder,crushing his throat and chunking him in the magma.

Isolde kicked and scremed, clawing at her neck at the burned mark that had appeared on her neck. Veronica, not near as violent, sat on the ground in a daze. Isolde stood. He eyes already red (as was characteristic of her race) they gre a little bit brighter.

"If he were still here, I don't care if I died or not, I would crack his head wide open."

"Calm down Isolde."A portal opened and they all went back to their home.Valcarion climbed to the top of the tower and looked up at the clouds as he saw his father Ariman,Zaon,and Yu Yevon.Valcarion gave a smile and then looked back at the others."We've ended the covenant."

Isolde had calmed dow considerably by now.

"Yes...but before we celebrate what the heck is this on my neck?"

"well how do we sepperate the power"

Isolde smiled patiently.

"Well, good for your fathers. I am happy you've got power. Let's have a party! But um, y'know, I gotta ask...WWHAT IS THIS ON MY NECK!?"

"Come hear Isolde and Veronica."Valcarion reached to put his hand on their necks."Dont worry im not gonna choke you."Valcarion's hand turned blue and the wounds on their neck were gone.

"So what now?Do we all go home and live our lives in peace or what?"
