A Slow Day at the Inn

Iza slapped her hands together at the job they had all accomplished.
"Well that was easer this looked. Ok, now I guess we need to get this overto your home before nightfall," Iza stated.

Isolde nodded, and hopped up, grabbing the reins of the horses. She motioned for the other tow to get in the back with the casket and Veronica did so, helping IZa up;.

"Thank you."Iza said as Veronica helped her aboard.

The way to their was very bumpy and uncomfortble. Iza and Veronica were jerked this way and that in the back of the cart.

As they slowly and steadily came to a halt, Iza sat up and looked around at the place they had stopped. She knew they were deep in the woods. She imedaitely saw the enormous house.
"Wow,"Iza said under her breath.

Veronica and Isolde hauled the coffin to the house, and down the stairs.

Veronica came back up.
"This'll take a while. So, umm, make yourself at home, I guess."

"Ok, take your time,"Iza said as she looked around the foyer,"I''ll just wai here while you...do whatever it is you do."

Iza looked quietly around the room at her surroundings. She noticed the decorations which seemed to give the room a mysterious glow. She looked at the wide interior of the room.

"Wow,"Iza said under her breath once again.

Meanwhile, down in the basement...erm, well I won't go into that! XD

Veronica poked her head out of the basement two hours later.
"Umm, Iza? Can you find us something to clean up with?"

"By the way, we're not done quite yet." Isolde piped up.

"Uhh, sure,"Iza said unassured.

Iza walked ointo the kitchen and opened drawers looking for rags. One she opened had silverware inside, another had cooking utencils.And the next had a scaver in it. She kept openeing and closing drawers until she finally came upon some rags. She brought them down to the basement door and tapped at it lightly.
"Umm, here are some rags. Are they enough?"Iza asked hoping it was so she couldn't run into anything else in the kitchen.

Isolde opened the door and grabbed them with her blood-soaked hands.

"Yeah. That'll work!" she said, ducking back into the basement.

As Iza stared at the drops of blood from her grandfather's body that had landed on her from Isolde's blood-soaked hands, she shivered from the thought of what was happening in there.

"Umm, how long much longer will you be in there?"Iza asked.

"About thirty minutes." Veronica said iffily. <---(Mallorie word)

Half an hour later, the Sheikah surfaced, and headed to wash up, trying not to get blood on anything.

"Don't go in there." Isolde advised.

Iza's eyes widened.
"Yeah, I'm good up here."

Iza looked aroind an waited for Isolde and Veronica to come down from cleaning up.

They came down, their hair wet, and sat on the couch.

"Okay. All done. All we gotta do is bury her. That won't take long, either."

Iza nodded.
"That'll be great. So, when will the body be buried?"Iza queried.

Isodle shrugged.

"We'll do it tonight, most likely. Want us to make a headstone? Cuz it'll take a while, but we can have it up within the week, I'd guess."

"That'd be nice,"Iza said after little thought.

Iza sat on the chair nearest Veronica and threw her blonde hair around her shoulder.

Veronica yawned, and leaned back, closing her eyes for a moment.

Isolde looked up. "What do you want it to say?"

Iza was quiet for the longest time, deep in thought. But after much thought, she replied," 'Ontaraco' then below it saying 'Beloved Grandfather, Friend, And Soldier' ."

She sat solemnly in her chair while a tear fell onto her cheek.

Isolde nodded thoughtfully.

"Alright. I'm on it." she said.

Veronica smiled.
"It's ok, Iza. Don't cry."

Iza smiled at Veronica's comfort.
"It's ok. My grandfather was the only family I have known. Until now, he was the one who told me about my mother and father, but now that he is gone,I only know what he has told me. But I have accepted his death and I am trying my best to move on. But I always have to keep myself preoccupied, or else I start to cry."

She wiped away her tear, sat up in her chair, and smiled solemnly.

Isolde nodded.

"My mother disappeared when I was quite young. There were, circumstances...but I don't know if she is dead or alive."

Veronica sighed.

Iza nodded understandingly.
"Neither do I, but we believe she perished in a fire that burned down my home."

Veronica nodded.

"Ours was lead servant of the Royal House of Hyrule. But that land is very far away...as is the time."

Iza nodded as the answer.
"Yes, I bet she must have been a wonderful person. Did you two raise yourselves?"Iza asked

Isolde shook her head.

"We were servants to the Royal Family, but when disaster struck, we were all seperated. I was sixteen at the time. Now, I am three hundred fifty six."

"Wow, so are you Sheikah? I heard that there were no others left. It is wonderful to meet some. I am nothing special really, just a civilian. How long will you two live?"
